In Alberta, every student to graduate from high school needs to write Diploma Exams; along the way, there are also PAT (Provincial Achievement Tests) which students in Grades 3, 6, and 9 need to write yearly.

I am qualified to assist with preparation for both the comprehension and written components of the ELA exams for ELA 30-1 and 30-2. I’ve received the training for this evaluation from the Alberta government as well as taught both courses numerous times. Assistance with this can take many forms. I’d even be interested in providing mock exam experiences, complete with prep and evaluation of the exam (both comprehension and essay components). (Also, please check the Resources link as I will be including various aides for this exam there, too.)

As with ELA Diploma Exam above, I can offer the same for the ELA PAT Exam Prep for ELA 9.
